How long will my delivery take?

Depending on the service you chose! Standard Shipping- 3-4 days (after dispatch date) UK Next Day- delivered next working day between 9-1pm

When will I receive my refund?

*Please note that we don't cover the costs of your item being returned to us* We strongly recommend that you use a tracked service so that you can track it If you parcel is being shown as delivered please allow 7-10 days for us to process your return. If after 7-10 days you haven't received an email from us please email our cutomer services team on For further information please see our returns page on our website.

My Item is faulty?

*Please note that before your order is packed it is thoroughly checked to ensure that the item is not damaged* If by chance you have received a faulty item please email/contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel with the item. Please provide us with the following information 1. Your order number (on your invoice) 2. The name of the damaged item 3. A description of the fault/damage on the product 4. Most importnatly photographic evidence. Once we have received your email it will be assesed by a member of customer services and until we believe that the damage is verified we cannot provide you with a replacent or a redund. (Please note) Only return the item unless advised by a member of team as this will slow down the response time.

Do I have to pay to return my parcel?

Yes, any costs of postage wil be covered by the (customer) upon returning and receiving the parcel. Please check out our returns policy for more info.

Where is my order?

If you have placed your order before 5 pm then it will be processed and posted to you on the same day by Royal Mail next day delivery or Royal Mail Standard Delivery. For Example: If you have ordered on Tuesday at 1pm you order will be shipped to you on Tuesday and you will receive it next day or standard delivery days. If you have ordred at 6pm on Tjursday then your order will be processed and shipped on Friday.

Do I have to pay for customs/import taxes?

Yes, unfortunatley at WardrobeDesires we DO NOT cover the cost of any duties or taxes. Any custom fees will be charged to the buyer upon delivery, if on receiving the parcel you refuse to pay the customs charges/taxes your parcel will be returned back to us at WardrobeDesires HQ, which means that when you receive your refund you will only be refunded the cost of the item that you paid (exclusing the delivery charges). We at WardobeDesires have no control over customs/import taxes and charges and we can not provide you with an estimate/exact ammount that you could be charged. If you are hesitant before placing your order please contact the courier service which is Royal Mail in your area.

Do I have to sign in order to receive my parcel?

Yes, allof our shipping methods are tracked, this is so that we and te buyer can see whom has signed for your parcel so that if it gets lost or has been signed for by the wrong addressee or person we can easily track and find where your parcel is.
