If you need to return a product you have 14 days after your order has been delivered to you. Please follow the steps below to return your item/items:

If you return your item within 14 days you will receive a full refund of the product, (the postage that you paid is non-refundable). Upon returning your items you must make sure of the following:  

  • All item(s) are unworn, unwashed and without makeup stains (due to hygiene and safety)

  • Tag(s) are still attached the way you received them 

In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible 

  • Before sending your order back to us please email our customer service team at wardrobedesires92@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for returning your item(s)

  • Once we have received your email we will let you know that you can return your items: 

  • Unfortunately we don't cover the costs of you returning the parcel

  • We strongly recommend that you use a tracked service in case your items get lost on the way back to us

  • Once we have received your returns within 2 days it will go through quality check

  • There you go (it was as easy as pie) You will then receive an email to confirm your return

  • Once we have confirmed your return you will receive an email  

  • We will then refund your amount within 14 days of us receiving the item(s)

  • Please note it can take unto 5 days for the refund to reach your account
